    Clinic Returns Policy

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    Due to supplier timeline and restraints, we cannot offer refunds at this time. 

     

    Clothing, apparel, braces, harnesses and collars:

    All Sales Final. Due to sanitary reasons we only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. Please measure your pet properly to ensure fitment. 

    In circumstances where you consider a product defective or damaged, please contact us at 780-790-2035 within 48 hours of receipt of order (time starts once clinic recieves the item, not once client picks it up) with details of the products and defect/damage. There will be a restocking fee of 25% or refusal of return if product is not recieved back to the clinic within 48 hours of arrival. Item MUST also be in original packaging. 

     

    All other products, supplements, toys, household items etc:

    All sales final.     All Veterinary Diet Products are 100% Guaranteed by our partner food companies and CAN only be returned for the following reasons:

    Palatability - Pet will not eat or does not like the taste of the food.

    Quality - If there is a problem with quality of the product.

    Safety – If a bag or can has a broken seal which has compromised the integrity of the food.
